Position Summary

The Department of Engineering and Engineering Technology (EAET) at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) invites applications for a tenured/tenure-track faculty position. The department is seeking candidates with expertise, research, and teaching interest in Computer Engineering. This is a full-time, 9-month faculty appointment to begin in August 2024. Ideally, the successful applicant would have at least enough experience to join MSU Denver at the rank of tenured Associate Professor, but applicants who currently occupy a full professor rank or have adequate experience to warrant that rank are also strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants will also be considered for the Director of Computer Engineering role and could lead the Computer Engineering program. That program is young, rapidly growing, and has just obtained ABET accreditation so there is significant room for additional growth.
